Njoroge Regeru

Njoroge Regeru is the founder of the Firm. Mr. Regeru graduated from the University of Nairobi in November, 1985 with a Bachelor of Laws degree (Honours – Upper Division) and, thereafter undertook postgraduate studies at the Kenya School of Law where he qualified in September, 1986 with a Diploma in Law. On 13th October, 1986 he was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. For his Masters in Law programme, Mr. Regeru specialised in Company Law, International Economic Law, the Law of Finance and the Law of International Institutions. Immediately after enrollment as an Advocate, Mr. Regeru went into private legal practice, concentrating on litigation and commercial matters.

Mwangi Karume

Mwangi Karume is a holder of a Bachelor of Laws Degree (Honours – Upper Division) from the University of Nairobi, a Diploma In Law from the Kenya School of Law and a Masters in Law Degree (LL.M), in European and International Law from the University of Bremen in Germany. He also holds a Diploma in German Language (DSH) from the University of Bremen in Germany as well as a Certificate in Bullet Proof Manager Training Series from Crestcom International LLC of Denver Colorado USA. Mr. Mwangi is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya having been so admitted in March 2003. He heads the Corporate Commercial and Conveyancing Department thereby specialising in banking and financial services law, cross-border practice, entertainment law, security documentation creation and review, assorted legal opinions on diverse issues.

Elizabeth Ngonde

COMMISSIONER FOR OATHS | PARTNER

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Mysore – Karnataka, India and a Post-graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She is an associate at the Firm’s Dispute Resolution Department, where she is involved in civil and general commercial litigation, debt recovery, immigration matters, succession, employment and labour disputes.

Grishon Thuo

COMMISSIONER FOR OATHS | NOTARY PUBLIC | PARTNER

Grishon is a graduate of the University of Nairobi with a Bachelor of Laws Degree with Honors. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, having so been admitted on 21st December 2010 and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is an associate currently attached to the Firm’s Dispute Resolution Department where he is engaged in civil and commercial litigation, debt recovery, employment and labour matters, in addition to arbitration proceedings.

Claire Mwangi

CERTIFIED MEDIATOR | COMPANY SECRETARY | ASSOCIATE

Claire holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from the University of Nairobi, where she specialised in International Trade and Investments Law. She is a holder of a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Post-graduate diploma from the Kenya School of Law. Claire is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Certified Public Secretary and as such, is a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) and the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (ICPSK). She is attached to the Firm’s Dispute Resolution Department, and is a Certified Professional Mediator CPM (M.T.I).

Kendi Murungi

ASSOCIATE

Kendi Murungi holds an LL.B Degree (Honours) from Kampala International University and a post-graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. Kendi was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in March, 2015. She is attached to the Firm’s Corporate, Commercial and Conveyancing Department.

Rosemary King’ori

ASSOCIATE

Mrs. Wanjiku King’ori is an alumnus of Kenyatta University School of Law, Parklands Campus with an LLB (Honours) Degree and the University of Bristol (UK) with an LLM (Hons.) Degree in International Law. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and is a Certified Commercial Mediator with Strathmore Dispute Resolution Centre (SDRC) and Facilit8 (UK). She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and she is attached to the firm’s Corporate & Commercial Department where she is engaged in a wide range of commercial matters.

Ruth Regero

Ruth Regero holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree from Africa Nazarene University and a post-graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. She is an associate in the Firm’s Corporate, Commercial and Conveyancing Department and specialises in commercial law, property law, banking and securities, corporate law and corporate governance.

Jackson Kamenju

CERTIFIED MEDIATOR | ASSOCIATE

Mr. Kamenju holds an LLB Degree (Honors) and a post-graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He is currently undertaking an LL.M Degree in Corporate Governance and the Law. He is an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate Commercial and Conveyancing Department and is a Certified Professional Mediator.

Ngatia Wambugu

ASSOCIATE

Ngatia Wambugu is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and an Associate in the Firms’ Dispute Resolution Department. Ngatia studied law at the University of Nairobi wherefrom he graduated with Honors and thereafter attended the Kenya School of Law for the Advocates Training Programme wherefrom he graduated with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law and was consequently admitted to the Bar. Ngatia’s interests and capabilities lie in constitutional and commercial litigation as well as other aspects of dispute resolution.
