Joint Ventures, Partnerships & Alliances

This practice group would provide advice to and act for the Fund in transactional services related to the formation and definition of management and implementation structures for Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), joint ventures, Partnerships including: Limited Partnerships and the drafting of Alliance contracts, Public Private partnership Agreements and all other attendant agreements thereto.
